I bet it’s Rukia’s voice and the best of this is: all other voices he hears are desperate or defiant voices but this only voice he sure knows, this voice of the only one person who has never doubted him, says: “Ichigo will definitly come!!”
and in that moment Ichigo knows that he HAS to GO to Soul Society because all of them are waiting for him, because she is waiting for him….
